Total allocation to PIs in Taiwan is 10 A and 11 B tracks.

Note:
SAO and ASIAA shares of SMA observing time have been merged
since 2011B. We will keep the merger at least one more semester.   
Tracks allocated to any PI in Taiwan are counted as Taiwanese
above whether the proposal was submitted to ASIAA or SAO.
